Dr. Rita Agarwal has been appointed as a member of the Internal Committee at Hotel Trident, Hotel Gateway and Amar Vilas.

In 2017, Dr. Rita Agarwal was appointed as a member of the Executive Committee at Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University.

In 2018, Dr. Rita Agarwal was appointed as a member of the Advisory Committee to assist the Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in Uttar Pradesh under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act.

Dr. Rita Agarwal was appointed as a specialist in intellectual disabilities to a committee in Uttar Pradesh.
