Donation Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as

• Duplicate payment.
• Incorrect amount deducted due to technical error.
• Unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.

To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Transaction ID
• Donation Amount
• Date of Transaction
• Reason for Refund

Refund Processing

If the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–15 working days, depending upon the respective bank or payment gateway.

Cancellation

Since donations are processed immediately for charitable purposes, cancellation requests cannot normally be accepted once the payment has been successfully completed.
